How the System Works.
The system operates using secure MF (Mifare) smart cards and dedicated hotel management software installed on a computer at the reception or administration office.

The guest uses the issued MF card to unlock their room door by simply tapping the card on the lock reader. The door unlocks instantly if the card is valid and within the authorized time period. - Automatic Expiry for Security.
Once the guest checks out or the assigned time expires, the card automatically becomes invalid. This eliminates the need to manually collect keys and enhances security. - Staff Access Control.
Different cards can be created for housekeeping, maintenance, and management staff with controlled access to specific rooms or areas. - Access Records and Management.
