Purchase, set up and deploy new desktop, printers, UPS, laptops & other computer devices.

• Update all machine images and critical software regularly.
• Work with Help Desk to resolve level 2 issues.
• Work with IT infrastructure to ensure desktop security at network level.
• Maintain laptop and desktop OS updates.
• Manage inbound technical calls and emails.
• Provide an accurate record of each call in ticket tracking software.
• Monitor open issues to ensure business expectations are met.
