The Challenge
Sunward Tours & Travel’s new office required a centralized infrastructure to support a diverse range of modern technologies. The primary challenges included:

Our Solution: Structured Wiring & Full IT Integration

1. Structured Cabling (The Backbone)
We installed a high-performance Category 6 (Cat6) structured cabling system throughout the new premises. This provided the foundation for gigabit speeds to every desk and device, eliminating Wi-Fi dead zones and ensuring low latency for voice and video traffic.
2. Voice & Data Convergence
We configured the network to prioritize VoIP telephone systems, ensuring that voice traffic did not get interrupted by standard data usage. Every workstation was equipped with dual data ports, allowing staff to seamlessly switch between computer work and client calls.
3. Security & Surveillance
- CCTV: Installed a high-definition IP CCTV system over the network infrastructure, allowing for remote monitoring of the office premises.
- Biometric Systems: Integrated access control via biometric scanners, ensuring that only authorized personnel could access sensitive areas like the server room and management offices.
4. Conference & Collaboration
To support their client-facing operations, we outfitted the main conference room with ceiling-mounted projectors and a full video conference system. These were hardwired into the network to prevent the lag often associated with wireless streaming during important virtual meetings.
5. General IT Support
